PADI Specialty Instructor

Are you interested in preserving the health and beauty of the world’s fragile coral reefs? If so, you can become a PADI Coral Reef Conservation Specialty Instructor, and get your student divers involved in protecting these delicate ecosystems.

Does the idea of exploring historical shipwrecks – and teach others to do so - send chills down your spine? Then become a PADI Wreck Diver Specialty Instructor.

Perhaps you love the challenge of capturing exotic underwater images and know you can interest potential new divers by promoting underwater photography. Teach the Digital Underwater Photographer course.

Whatever your passion, you can share it by becoming a PADI specialty course instructor.

Master Scuba Diver Trainer

You can also increase your marketability by continuing your professional education. Your ability to teach specialty courses will expand your options, but wouldn’t you like to be able to certify Master Scuba Divers? Get your Master Scuba Diver Trainer rating. Then, you’ll be able to take your student divers to the highest rating they can achieve in recreational diving.

IDC Staff Instructor

Go beyond the Master Scuba Diver Trainer rating to assist with PADI Instructor Development Courses (IDCs) or teach programs within the IDC. Become a PADI IDC Staff Instructor. You’ll be able to teach the Assistant Instructor Course in its ntirety and assist with IDCs. You’ll get the thrill of mentoring prospective PADI Instructors as they begin their Assistant Instructor training and the joy of guiding them through their instructor examinations.

Technical Diving Instructor

If you’re looking for a real challenge, consider becoming a Tec Deep Instructor and a Tec Trimix Instructor. You’ll teach techniques for diving beyond recreational limits and you’ll become a better recreational dive instructor in the process. You can also ride the wave of interest in enriched air diving by becoming a Tec Gas Blender Instructor You’ll increase your marketability because you’ll be able to train dive center staff to provide gas mixes – giving them and their dive center the ability to sell goods and services to enriched air divers.

Master Instructor

Would enjoy the prestige of being a Master Instructor? You’ll be recognized as an industry leader and can influence the future of the entire dive industry. PADI Master Instructors are recognized and respected all over the world.

Course Director

Reach the pinnacle of PADI Professional training: become a PADI Course Director, you’ll be an instructor trainer and be able to teach all PADI instructor level courses.
